Hikmat International Journal of Arts and Social Sciences (HIJASS) publishes high-quality research articles from national and international scholars. To manage editorial processes, peer review, and open-access hosting, the following charges apply:

• Processing Charges: Rs. 5,000/-

• Article Fee: Rs. 20,000/- Only

• For International Authors: $150/- Only

These charges are applicable only after the article is accepted for publication. No fees are required at the time of submission or during the review process.
