AI-Powered Early Warning System for Poultry Disease Outbreaks Using Deep Neural Networks
Main Article Content
Abstract
Poultry farming is like a heart of food industry, globally. In spite of that, it has to face many worrying surge infectious diseases outbreaks that lead to considerable economic losses and public health related concerns due to old traditional methods of disease detection. This AI-powered early warning system Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) is designed to identify early signs of life taking diseases like Newcastle disease, Avian influenza, Coccidiosis and Salmonela. This proposed system is an integration of multimodal data sources, environmental parameters, poultry behavior, and physiological indicators, to train a DNNs model by integrating Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models, and attention mechanisms, the system can identify subtle, early indicators of disease in real time. The solution offers significant benefits for biosecurity, cost savings, and animal welfare in poultry farming.
